Curious if acupuncture can help you? Have treatment questions? Have specific insurance, billing, or fee questions? Ready to get started and book your intake and first sessions?….instead of playing phone tag, let’s schedule a time to chat.
First step is to book a free 20 minute phone consultation with Jill.
If you are unable to find a day/time in the online booking calendar or are having difficulties with the on-line booking system, you can text Jill days/time you are available and she will do her best to find a day/time that works for both of you. Make sure to include your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number in your text/voice mail/email so she can add you to the system and book an appointment.
Step 2.
Insurance Verification
Once a 20 minute phone consultation is booked, you will receive an insurance verification form via email. Please help us by completing your form within 48 hours of receiving the form. Whether your phone session is 2 days away or 3 weeks away, completing it now ensures we can verify your benefits prior to your phone consultation.
Step 3.
JILL WILL CALL YOU AT YOUR SCHEDULED DAY/TIME
This is a phone consultation. Jill will call you at your scheduled day/time. If you opted in to receive notifications you will receive appointment reminders via email and text message. We love appointment reminders!
During your call, Jill will listen to your health concerns and goals, share how acupuncture works, discuss how to get the most out of your treatment series, answer insurance/self-pay questions, and answer any other questions you may have. For those ready to get started, this is also an opportunity to discuss scheduling options.
Step 4.
Booking
During your call you can book your initial intake and treatment series. New Clients, your Initial intake session can only be booked directly through Jill (either at your phone consultation or via a follow-up text/email). New clients are encouraged to book a minimum of 5 sessions in the beginning in order to get the most out of your treatment series.
Once you establish care at Alpine Acupuncture, you can use the online booking system to schedule your treatment or advanced health sessions.
