'Jane for Clients' App
Once you’ve downloaded the app:
- Create your account in the app with an email address, name and password.
- Add an account and type in Alpine Integrative Acupuncture, LLC. When our name appears below the search bar, click on it.
- Confirm your account by pressing “Add Account”. If your name doesn’t appear, select “Sign in instead” on the bottom of the screen.
- If you have other family members, you can select “+Add another account”. If you are the only member of your family, select “All done for now”.
Other Booking and Communication Options
1. In-Person: You can schedule a follow-up session during your appointment.
2. Phone/Email: You can text (907) 796-9984 or email clientcare@alpinelac.com for appointment options.
3. Online Booking Link via Web Browser: For existing clients who don’t have the Jane for Clients App- you can book yourself in for treatment or sessions using the online booking link. This booking link is available 24/7.
